Information you provide

When you submit the project inquiry form, we collect the information you choose to provide. This may include your name, work email address, organization, website, inquiry type, project description, timing, anticipated investment and, when relevant, event details.

How information is used

Information submitted through the inquiry form is used only to:

  • Review and evaluate your inquiry.
  • Respond to you and communicate about a possible project.
  • Maintain an internal record of the conversation.
  • Protect the website from spam, misuse and security threats.

We do not sell personal information or use inquiry information for unrelated marketing.

Storage and retention

Valid inquiries are stored privately in this WordPress website and emailed to the site owner. Inquiry records remain stored until the site owner determines that they are no longer needed and manually deletes them. If an inquiry becomes a client engagement, related business records may be retained longer when reasonably necessary for contracts, accounting or legal obligations.

Service providers

The website uses service providers that process limited information as necessary to operate the site:

  • Nexcess / Liquid Web provides website hosting and related infrastructure.
  • The site owner’s configured email provider delivers inquiry notifications and correspondence.
  • Google Fonts supplies website typefaces and may receive technical request information such as an IP address and browser details.
  • Vimeo provides embedded video. Vimeo embeds are configured with Do Not Track where supported, but Vimeo may still receive technical information needed to deliver the video.

These providers handle information under their own terms and privacy practices.

Cookies and analytics

The public website does not currently use advertising cookies or active audience analytics. WordPress may use cookies that are necessary for signed-in administrators, security and core site operation.

If Google Analytics or another non-essential measurement service is enabled, visitors will be given an appropriate cookie choice before non-essential storage is activated where required. This policy will be updated to describe the service and the choices available.

Embedded content and external links

Pages may contain embedded video or links to third-party websites. Those services may collect technical information when their content is requested and are governed by their own privacy policies. Following an external link takes you away from this website.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information submitted through the project inquiry form. Some information may be retained when required for legitimate business, accounting, security or legal purposes.
